WHISTLEBLOWING

In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of the 10 March 2023, Euricom S.p.A. implemented procedures to manage reports and a Whistleblowing digital platform.

Reports made using the Whistleblowing platform will be managed by an external channel Manager who will ascertain the validity of the facts and facilitate their timely resolution.

All reports will be treated with discretion and confidentiality in compliance with the relevant legislation.

It is pointed out that the channel is not to be used for commercial complaints, disputes and other requests of a personal nature or those concerning individual employment relationships.
